Our prints, from original oils, watercolours and etchings, represent landscapes, Native and wildlife scenes and still life pictures from across this beautiful country we call Canada. Most are over 100 years old, many came from Martin's homesteading experience in Muskoka in 1862. They illustrate the early pioneers, their lifetstyle and how the country looked.

These Giclee's are printed on an ultra-high resolution fine-art Epsom printer using eight cartridges of the finest archival inks on acid-free paper for watercolours and canvas for the oil paintings are as close as you can get to an original oil, they come to you rolled in a tube.  Please inquire if you wish your canvas stretched. Both the National Gallery of Canada and the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art own Giclee prints in their collections.

Thomas Mower Martin captured much of Canada's wonderful scenery in his frequent travels across the country, many of which became illustrations in the book, CANADA, published in 1907.

You can read more more about Thomas Mower Martin in the biography 'The Father of Canadian Art' by Toni Graeme, his great granddaughter - it is available in our web store. Every print order receives a complimentary copy of the biography.
